As a School-Based Mental Health Therapist with The Village Family Service Center, you'll work in a flexible environment that encourages professional development at every stage. This position offers opportunities to advance your licensure, build expertise in innovative and evidence-based therapy models, and continue growing your skills while making a lasting impact on the lives of children, adults, and families within a school-based setting. Applicants should hold a master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy and be licensed or license-eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, LPCC).

Our School-Based Mental Health Therapists are part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering the highest quality therapeutic services to children and families from diverse backgrounds. Pay Range: Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses available to qualified staff for meeting productivity goals.

Job Qualifications/requirements:

• Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
• Fully licensed or be on licensure track
• Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
